Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a top facilities management and energy industry client. This candidate will join an onsite, high-performing Design & Construction team supporting major capital real estate construction projects at a large energy account in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple facility-focused projects from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and site leadership while driving project execution, managing resources, and navigating project challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to make a direct impact on large-scale facility initiatives while growing within a globally recognized organization.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 3 years of related commercial/operations construction project management experience

Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from planning through closeout

Experience reviewing drawings and managing change orders

Familiarity with RFP and bid package development

Knowledge of construction methods, technical specifications, and safety protocols

Experience coordinating contractors and cross-functional teams

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project scheduling skills

Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience managing capital projects in energy, industrial, or facilities environments

Experience in executing construction projects in occupied environments

MOC [Management of Change]

Experience leading renovation and facility improvement projects

Budget development and resource allocation experience

P6 experience preferred

Construction management experience within large corporate or client-site environments

Vendor and contractor management expertise
