Caregivers Needed – 12-Hour Day & Night Shifts

Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers for 12-hour day and overnight shifts throughout Southwest Raleigh, Cary, Apex, and Morrisville. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Shift times and schedules vary depending on the client. What We Offer * Pay ranging from $16.50–$25.00 per hour * Weekly pay * 12-hour day and night shifts * Rates based on experience and client needs * Full-time and part-time opportunities * The ability to build a schedule around your availability * Paid training * Ongoing education and professional development * Support from our office team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Caregiver Responsibilities Responsibilities vary depending on each client’s needs and may include: * Providing companionship and supervision * Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs * Assisting with mobility and transfers * Preparing meals * Providing medication reminders * Performing light housekeeping * Providing transportation or assistance with errands * Monitoring clients throughout day or overnight shifts * Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent * Communicating updates and concerns to the Griswold office team Requirements * Must be at least 18 years old * High school diploma or GED * Current TB test or willingness to obtain one * Valid driver’s license * Reliable transportation and current auto insurance * Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening * Dependable, compassionate, and professional * Ability to remain attentive and engaged throughout a 12-hour shift * Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Griswold team * Caregiving experience is preferred * CNA or PCA certification is a plus but not required * Consistent day, night, and/or weekend availability is especially helpful If you are looking for longer shifts, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and meaningful work, apply today to join the Griswold Home Care team!
