Staff Pharmacist (RPh)
Full-Time | Massachusetts
A growing pharmacy organization is seeking a Massachusetts-licensed Pharmacist to join its team. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule, a collaborative work environment, and the potential for assignment extension.
Position Overview
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a key role in ensuring safe and effective medication dispensing while providing exceptional patient care and education. You will work alongside pharmacy support staff in a fast-paced setting focused on quality, accuracy, and customer service.
Responsibilities

Review and dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal regulations

Provide medication counseling and patient education

Ensure prescription accuracy, safety, and compliance

Collaborate with healthcare providers regarding medication-related concerns

Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy staff

Maintain pharmacy records and inventory standards

Contribute to a positive patient experience and efficient pharmacy operations
Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree

Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License in good standing

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
