Job Description

IG is seeking a well-rounded Application Analyst who can operate as both a technical resource and business partner. The ideal candidate has strong experience supporting healthcare applications, understands workflow optimization, and can confidently work with end users, operational leaders, and IT teams. Candidates coming from Epic environments, healthcare systems, or enterprise application support teams will stand out. They need someone who is consultative, highly organized, customer-facing, and capable of driving both application support and project-based initiatives while improving workflow efficiency and system utilization.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting healthcare or enterprise applications
• Experience with application configuration, workflow analysis, and production support
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience working directly with operational stakeholders and end users
• Strong documentation, testing, and change management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
