Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) for a school-based FMLA coverage assignment in Chicago Ridge, IL . This is an excellent opportunity to support preschool-aged students while earning a competitive hourly rate.

? Up to $70/Hour

? Preschool (Pre-K) Caseload

? School-Based Setting

? October through January Assignment

? Medium Behavioral Support Environment

? Level 1 Medical Support

? Interview Required

??? Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide direct therapy services to students

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning

? Qualifications

• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License required

• CCC-SLP required/preferred

• School-based experience preferred

• Physical completed within the last 90 days

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• Must meet all state, federal, and local requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
