Integrated into every role is the opportunity to support Peckham’s mission, make a lasting impact on people, and uplift our community.A Brief OverviewThe Logistics Customer Relationship Manager serves as the primary liaison between Peckham and assigned customers such as DSCP, Great Lakes, and Goodwill to ensure seamless inventory management and customer support. This role is responsible for monitoring and resolving supply chain and inventory issues, maintaining visibility of stock levels, and coordinates with customers to ensure the Recruit Training Center (RTC) and related operations receive timely and accurate support. The individual in this position plays a critical role in strengthening customer relationships, improving communication, and ensuring mission readiness through proactive inventory oversight and issue resolution.What you will do

Act as the main point of contact for Great Lakes, Goodwill, DSCP, and Peckham regarding inventory and supply chain needs.

Responsible for tracking inventory levels across RTC and Peckham’s dedicated Great Lakes assets, with full visibility into all DLA property stored at Peckham.

Identify supply chain shortfalls by National Stock Number (NSN), including analysis of stock on hand (SOH) and expected receipts.

Review daily Great Lakes reports to identify in-stock or incoming products required to meet Great Lakes needs.

Collaborate with RTC managers or designated personnel to report supply shortfalls to Peckham and DLA.

Work closely with Peckham personnel and SSS (Sourcing Strategy Specialist) to prioritize and accelerate shipments for out-of-stock inventory.

Partner with RTC staff to ensure timely posting of receipts and accurate recordkeeping.

Reconcile 25% of line items shipped into Great Lakes by Peckham.

Serve as the lead contractor personnel at the RTC for DLA, coordinating with the DLA-authorized IT contractor to support operations.

Coordinate return or transfer of overstock, obsolete, or deficient materials to Peckham’s 3PL warehouse for proper disposition.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Ensure compliance with Source America, CARF, and MIOSHA standards.

Flex work schedule to align with RTC operational needs, including occasional weekends.

Assist the Goodwill Customer Service Supervisor in reporting all RTC inventory discrepancies to DLA
-
Collaborate with RTC staff to ensure all receipts are posted within 48 hours of receipt
-
Assist with the semi-annual wall-to-wall inventory at the RTC and collaborate with DLA-authorized contractors to compile results in DSS for stock-on-hand adjustments

Ensure emergency stock is directed immediately to the RTC issue line
-
Must be willing to flex schedule to mirror RTC schedule and will be expected to work some weekends
What you will Need
-
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics or related field; and/or a combination of experience and education
-
3 + Years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.

1 - 2 years of experience managing customer relationships
-
Familiarity with WMS systems and reporting tools
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Peckham’s company insurance requirements.

Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
-
Must be able to pass and maintain Federal and State background checks
-
Proven ability to analyze data, identify inventory issues, and implement solutions.

Occasional exposure to temperature changes, hazards, and heights may occur, requiring adherence to safety protocols.
