  • Collaborate with OPNAV and NAVAIR pillar program representatives to compile technical baselines and define kinetic/non-kinetic configurations across multiple future time epochs

  • Utilize or learn Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies to capture mission architectures and system-of-systems relationships within digital modeling tools

  • Coordinate and facilitate technical meetings, working groups, and collaborative sessions among multi-disciplinary experts to influence the entire acquisition lifecycle

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, operations research, physics, computer science, or a related scientific discipline

  • Must be a graduate of a military warfare center of excellence Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) curriculum (e.g., TOPGUN, MAWTS-1, EAWS, CAEWWS, AWS, or Joint equivalent)

  • 8+ years of professional experience directly related to the analysis of military mission areas, CONEMPs, and associated kill chains

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Training Officer, Operations Officer, or Planner with deep familiarity in breaking down joint or naval task lists into operational training syllabi or execution plans

  • Strong operational background across Joint Operations, Surface Warfare, Information Warfare, or Air-to-Surface mission areas (not strictly limited to aviation)

  • Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architecture, MagicDraw, or a strong aptitude and willingness to quickly learn digital engineering/architecture modeling tools

  • DoD 5000 series lifecycle and capability gap assessment processes

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current and active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain an SCI

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
