Job Description

Review procurement workflows, documentation, compliance requirements, and team performance to ensure project objectives are achieved. Collaborate with sourcing teams regarding supplier negotiations, award recommendations, and procurement execution strategies. Identify procurement, supplier, logistics, and contract risks and develop mitigation plans. Support project forecasting, schedule planning, procurement reporting, and KPI management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for procurement processes and project execution. Participate in workforce planning, team development, succession planning, and future hiring activities.
