Full job description
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Solution Engineering team, fostering technical excellence and customer impact. Build relationships with customer technical decision-makers and guide teams to deliver successful customer engagements and technical wins. Oversee solution design, demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical engagements to help customers achieve their transformation goals. Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field and 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; OR 7+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; OR Equivalent experience. 8+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience. 6+ years of experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure, architecture design, migrations, or technology management. 3+ years of people management experience, including leading virtual teams.
