Full job description

Position Summary

Securitas is seeking a highly motivated Card Administrator / Systems Administrator to support security operations at Citizens Bank. This position is responsible for managing access control systems, processing badge and access requests, troubleshooting system-related issues, and ensuring the integrity of security databases.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with access control platforms such as Lenel, CCURE, or similar security management systems . While the badge-access process can be trained, candidates must be comfortable navigating security systems, investigating issues, and working independently in a fast-paced command center environment.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who will be a strong cultural fit within the existing team. Professionalism, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain employee and contractor access within access control systems.

  • Process badge requests, modifications, deactivations, and access level changes.

  • Monitor and maintain accurate access control records and databases.

  • Troubleshoot system and badge access issues independently and efficiently.

  • Respond to requests from employees, management, and security personnel regarding access privileges.

  • Conduct audits of access permissions and system data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Generate reports and maintain documentation related to access control activities.

  • Coordinate with security leadership, IT teams, and client representatives on system-related matters.

  • Assist with investigations involving access activity, credential use, or system anomalies.

  • Support overall command center operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with access control systems such as Lenel, CCURE, Genetec, or similar platforms .

  • Strong computer and database management skills.

  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a security operations center, command center, or corporate security environment.

  • Knowledge of access control, credential management, and security protocols.

  • Experience supporting enterprise-level security systems.
