Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, designing policies and processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring adherence to organizational goals. This role involves collaborating with leadership to address workforce needs, addressing employee grievances, and facilitating training and development programs.

Location: Mumbai (Andheri) Role: Recruitment - 50%; HR - 50%

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and onboarding processes

  • Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management

  • Knowledge in Compliance Management, labor laws, and HR regulations

  • Strong skills in Training, Development, and Organizational Change Management

  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and strategies effectively

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Prior experience in the payment solutions or financial services industry is a plus

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of Relevant Experience in Core HR and Recruitment.

Skills: o Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. o Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance. o Proficiency in HRMS, LMS, and Microsoft Office Suite. o Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree/Certification in HR, or Talent Development (e.g., SHRM, ATD, CIPD).
  • Prior experience in handling both Recruitment and HR Generalist responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, data analysis, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
