Executive Home Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time day shift positions providing one-on-one, non-medical care to seniors in their homes throughout the Omaha, NE area.

What You’ll Do As a CNA with Executive Home Care, you will provide personalized care and companionship based on each client’s individual care plan. Your responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship and social interaction

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
-
Assisting with safe transfers and mobility
-
Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
-
Providing medication reminders
-
Assisting clients with errands and transportation when needed
-
Supporting daily routines and encouraging client independence
-
Monitoring clients and reporting changes or concerns to the appropriate team member
-
Completing accurate care notes using the WellSky app

Following established care plans and company policies

CNA Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must:

Have an active CNA license/certification
-
Be at least 20 years old
-
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
-
Have reliable transportation
-
Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
-
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical caregiving duties
-
Be able to follow care plans and work independently
-
Have strong communication skills and fluent English
-
Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, compassion, and respect for seniors
-
Be able to pass a background check
-
Have a smartphone capable of using the WellSky app for timekeeping and care documentation
Schedule
Part-Time | Day Shift

Flexible shifts from 3 to 12 hours
