Job Description Summary

Position Objective:

The Optimization Analyst is responsible for supporting digital conversion performance through hands-on experimentation, data collection, and tactical site improvements of websites and mobile apps. This role focuses on the execution of A/B tests in Adobe Target, maintaining onsite search relevance in Coveo, and identifying friction points using behavioral tools like ContentSquare. The Analyst ensures data integrity, monitors test performance, and provides the foundational reporting necessary to improve customer journeys and drive measurable outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:

Analytical Support & Tool Management Provide day-to-day analysis and tactical support using the search tech stack, Experimentation Support

  • Execute A/B and multivariate tests in Adobe Target, including basic configuration, QA, and daily monitoring of active tests.

Behavioral Analysis

  • Use Google Analytics and ContentSquare to identify customer friction points, heatmaps, and error patterns to inform new test ideas.

Search Maintenance

  • Perform routine tuning and configuration of onsite search through Coveo, including adjusting relevance models and monitoring search-driven conversion.

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Update Power BI and Looker Studio dashboards to track conversion KPIs; provide monthly reports on test impact and site health.

Monitoring & Alerts

  • Monitor key metrics—conversion rate, cart abandonment, and error rates—and escalate performance anomalies to the technical team.

Collaboration

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure proper tagging and measurement are in place for new feature releases.

Backlog Maintenance

  • Keep the optimization backlog organized, ensuring all ideas are documented with their corresponding data-driven hypothesis.

Requirements: Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, data science, business, or related field; master’s degree a plus.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Analytics (GA4, Google Ads, and Looker Studio).
  • Tool Proficiency: Functional knowledge of Adobe Target or other experimentation tools.
  • Communication: Ability to clearly explain "what" happened in the data and ensure reporting deadlines are met consistently.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills; able to interpret complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills interpreting complex datasets.
  • Prefer experience in SQL, PowerBI, and other data tools
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with onshore, near‑shore, and offshore vendors.
  • Intellectually curious, hungry to analyze and comfortable shifting between strategy and execution.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment; adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Strong bias for action with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Self‑starter who takes ownership, works independently, and brings energy and positivity to the team.

Physical Demands: Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading, and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind, or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. Base Pay Range: $64,790.00 - 89,086.80 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
