About the Role We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that power our core business operations - spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. This is a hands-on technical role with significant scope for ownership, architectural input, and cross-functional impact.

Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development

  • Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools
  • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and record types
  • Develop and deploy integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
  • Lead technical design reviews and contribute to architectural decisions across the Salesforce platform

Administration & Configuration

  • Manage Salesforce configuration including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules
  • Administer and optimize Experience Cloud portals (community setup, membership, access control)
  • Maintain data quality through deduplication rules, validation logic, and governance frameworks
  • Monitor system performance, debug issues, and proactively address platform risks

Integrations & CPQ

  • Support or lead CPQ configuration and customization (DealHub)
  • Design integration architecture for bi-directional data flows between Salesforce and external tools
  • Collaborate with RevOps on quoting workflows, approval routing, and pricing logic

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with RevOps, Sales Ops, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Communicate technical trade-offs and delivery timelines clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentation

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

  • Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, future, queueable), LWC, and SOQL/SOSL

  • Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; working knowledge of Experience Cloud

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and platform best practices

  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations

  • Proficiency in Salesforce deployment tools

  • Familiarity with CPQ platforms (DealHub, Salesforce CPQ, or equivalent)

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (OWD, roles, profiles, permission sets) Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Experience Cloud (communities, digital experiences, member portals)

  • Familiarity with CSAT tooling and third-party survey integrations within Salesforce

  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)

  • Experience working in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
