Job Summary: This position is critical in assisting the Operations Director with daily Division operational activities. This position will provide high level support for various projects and procedures.
Job Duties:
- Handles operational and administrative support services
- Responsible for paying and tracking invoices
- Responsible for creating and monitoring purchase orders
- Responsible for processing Vendor Management forms for the Division.
- Responsible for ordering Supplies for the Women, Children & Nursing Services Division.
- Assist and provide administrative support services to State office personnel and Division Staff.
- Assist with assigned special projects
- Assist Division programs with outside vendors, DPH Finance office and Accounts Payable and Receivables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in receipting and processing invoices
- Experience ordering supplies
- Good communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of experience related to area of assignment; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level Busi Support Analyst 2 (GSP131).--Note: An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or intern experience, training, or certifications that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted year-over-year.
