Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support End User Services. This individual will serve as the primary End User Services representative for Facilities-related projects, helping drive IT initiatives that support ongoing manufacturing and operational growth.

Skills and Requirements

2-5 years of experience providing IT support in a large enterprise environment. Experience supporting desktop, network, and end-user technologies. 2+ years of experience supporting IT projects in a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Technical Lead, or similar role. 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating with multiple teams and vendors. Experience supporting facilities, construction, or site infrastructure projects. Familiarity with enterprise IT service management processes. Experience working in defense, shipbuilding, or highly regulated manufacturing environments. Exposure to Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, or other project tracking tools.
