Expertly proofread copy throughout the development and approval process, ensuring flawless grammar, spelling, punctuation, accuracy, clarity, and consistency before final delivery.
Brand Stewardship & Collaboration
-
Act as a steward of the brand voice, proactively identifying inconsistencies and helping maintain clear standards across touchpoints.
-
Serve as a trusted final set of eyes, catching discrepancies across copy, claims, product names, terminology, punctuation, formatting, and messaging before work goes live.

Partner closely with the Director of Copy, Creative team, Marketing, Online, Consumer Engagement, Product Marketing, Global Creative, Legal, and other cross-functional partners.
-
Gather and reconcile information from multiple sources to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and complete.
-
Be willing to dig – seeking out product details, claims, previous language, Global guidance, consumer insights, and other information needed to write confidently and accurately.
-
Work closely with Legal and Global partners to navigate claims, feedback, and approvals while maintaining strong consumer-facing language.
-
Connect the dots across projects and channels, flagging discrepancies and helping ensure consumers receive a cohesive brand story.

Partner with Creative Operations and creative leads to meet deadlines and move work efficiently through review and approval.
-
Take direction and feedback thoughtfully while also bringing a strong point of view and proactively offering solutions.

Bring inspiration, fresh language, and new storytelling ideas into the work while remaining grounded in the brand voice.
-
Explore AI and emerging tools thoughtfully to support research, ideation, and workflow efficiency.
