Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Infrastructure Project Coordinator/Manager to contribute to high-impact projects within our client's IT infrastructure domain. This individual will play a key role in the design, execution, and oversight of mission-critical IT projects that drive business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

Project Management: -Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure projects, including but not limited to data center operations, network/ systems upgrades, replacements and system integrations. -Assist in development of project charters, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with business goals. -Manage project scope, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement: -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal IT (Systems, Network and Services), BMS, Security, Design and engineering, and operations, as well as external vendors and partners. -Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve issues, and manage expectations effectively.

Technical Oversight: -Work closely with technical teams, design consultants to ensure solutions are designed and implemented according to the global It infra standards. -Provide technical feedback on lessons learned, improvements on process and or IT designs. -Provide leadership in resolving technical challenges, balancing business needs with infrastructure capabilities.

Risk Management: -Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. -Develop contingency plans and ensure proper escalation of critical issues.

Documentation and Reporting: -Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, designs, and status reports. -Report progress and key metrics to senior management and stakeholders regularly.

Skills and Requirements

-3-4 years of experience coordinating or managing IT infrastructure projects -Proven experience in contributing to large-scale, complex IT projects on time and within budget. -Familiarity with data center, infrastructure operations, ITIL frameworks, and agile methodologies -Understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies. -Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. -Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. -Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on key deliverables. -PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification -Monday.com
