  • Establishes long-term business direction by considering clinical and financial data, resources, market drivers, and organizational values.
  • Anticipates and responds to shifts in the market, technology, or policy environment affecting healthcare delivery, management, and financing.
  • Develops and implements strategic plans with Physician Dyad leader and stakeholders.
  • Maintains, evaluates, and expands the Institute, covering all care aspects.
  • Collaborates with Facility leadership to create and implement strategic business development plans and performance metrics, engaging physicians/surgeons and key stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • • Knowledge of clinical practices and processes, legal and regulatory requirements and mandates, and the ability to gather and evaluate data and outcome results to use in programmatic development. [Required]
  • • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Able to effectively express ideas and views through public speaking, presentations, reports, and professional correspondence. [Required]
  • • Exceptional people management, leadership skills, and the capacity to relate to people in a manner that wins confidence and establishes support. Accepted in a leadership role of the Institute by a variety of internal and external stakeholders. [Required]
  • • Leadership ability, accepts responsibility, exercises authority and functions independently. [Required]

Education:

  • • Bachelor's [Required]
  • • Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

  • • particularly in a healthcare business or clinical science.
  • • in Business Administration, Health Services Administration, Nursing Administration, or Nursing Sciences

Work Experience:

  • • 10+ diverse experience in the healthcare arena, with a minimum of three years of experience in program development. [Required]
  • • 7+ progressively responsible administrative work or directorship of multiple departments in a hospital or hospital system. [Required]
  • • Experience in facilitating high-level multidisciplinary group decisions. [Required]
  • • Extensive experience facilitating and managing challenging situations, including conflict resolution and demonstration of outstanding interpersonal skills. [Required]
  • • Extensive experience working closely with physicians and proven ability to gain trust and credibility. [Required]

Pay Range:

$127,310.90 - $236,789.66 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
