Job Description

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in IT processes, project management, and the emerging field of Generative AI. The successful candidate will be a proactive learner with a passion for technology.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in maturing Keenova's Generative AI program and initiatives.

  • Assist in implementing and supporting GenAI Digital Fusion workshops within the business functions.

  • Help define approach, build curriculum, and develop content for GenAI training.

  • Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI in the pharmaceutical industry and functional business areas.

  • Help to drive the maturity of IT by reimagining and streamlining IT processes.

  • Assist in implementing identified roadmap items for IT improvements.

  • Write functional requirements for enhancement requests.

  • Conduct unit testing and confirm test scripts align to requirements.

  • Provide periodic management reporting on IT tickets and support trends.

  • Create an onboarding guide for future students who participate in Endo IT's co-op program.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Ability to understand and document a business process, make recommendations on how to improve it, and apply technology to the process.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
