This opportunity is with a healthcare technology organization focused on transforming cancer care through innovative digital health solutions. The org builds patient engagement platforms, clinical workflow tools, and healthcare systems that help patients and care teams stay connected throughout treatment.

This is a Senior Full-Stack Engineer position based in Cambridge, MA, offering the opportunity to build technology that directly improves patient outcomes, care coordination, and the overall cancer treatment experience.

The company is looking for a product-minded engineer who enjoys owning features from concept through deployment and working closely with product, clinical, and engineering stakeholders. The platform is currently mobile-first, with its primary patient experience delivered through a React Native application. As a result, strong React Native expertise is essential. That being said, they are looking to build out a web application as well, so this is not a strictly mobile development role.

This engineer will play a key role in expanding and enhancing the mobile platform while also contributing to backend services, architecture decisions, integrations, and future product growth of their web application. The position offers significant ownership and the opportunity to build software that has a direct impact on patient care. Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in professional software development experience

  • Strong recent professional experience building and shipping production applications using React Native

  • Expertise with React for modern front end development

  • Experience with TypeScript for front end and back end work

  • Proven ability to own features end-to-end, from technical design through deployment and ongoing support

  • Strong understanding of API design, third-party integrations, and distributed application architecture
