The team coordinates the end-to-end new client journey—from account opening through funding—and partners with stakeholders across the Private Bank to ensure seamless execution, proactive communication, and an exceptional client experience.
Primary responsibilities:
-
Execute end-to-end new client experience activities, ensuring a seamless transition and positioning clients for success from the outset of the relationship.
-
Serve as a primary point of contact for new clients by answering questions, providing timely updates, sharing essential information, and helping clients understand how to engage effectively with the Private Bank.
-
Coordinate activities across multiple teams, proactively manage dependencies, and help ensure the timely completion of key account-opening and funding milestones.
-
Anticipate and resolve issues that could affect the client experience, escalating risks or delays when appropriate.
-
Capture client and stakeholder feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that shape the “Becoming a Client” roadmap.
-
Build and maintain strong partnerships with Banker Teams, Market Leadership, Client Service, Training, Operations, Technology, and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree required.
-
At least two years of relevant professional experience; experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services is preferred.
-
Strategic, innovative, and client-first mindset, with a strong commitment to service excellence.
-
Resourceful and proactive, with a strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly.
-
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment with limited supervision.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage confidently with clients and senior stakeholders.
-
Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and timely execution.
