Description We are looking for a Data Analyst to support a financial services organization in Boston, Massachusetts through a Long-term Contract engagement. This position focuses on portfolio and investment data within a private equity setting, helping teams improve reporting accuracy, streamline data processes, and turn complex business needs into reliable technical solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, hands-on experience with Chronograph, and the ability to work closely with investment, finance, operations, and technology partners.

  • Support reporting processes by preparing and validating financial, operational, and investment-related datasets and key performance indicators.

  • Use tools such as Snowflake and Microsoft Azure to assist with data processing, storage, and analysis in a controlled environment.

  • Contribute to data migration and workflow enhancement initiatives where portfolio and investment data must be integrated or restructured. Requirements • Prior experience working directly with private equity, alternative investments, or portfolio-company data environments.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Chronograph in a detail-focused setting, preferably supporting private market data and reporting needs.

  • Demonstrated expertise in data migration, data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

  • Working knowledge of Snowflake and Microsoft Azure for data-related tasks and analysis.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial, operational, and investment datasets and related KPIs.

  • Ability to convert business requests into structured technical data requirements and practical reporting solutions.
