Registered Nurse – Lumberton , North Carolina
**Local Pay: $ 53.00/hour- W2 **
Travel Pay:
Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hourly $28.05, Stipend (Lodging $770.00 + M&I $476.00) = $1,246.00
Total Comp :$2,255.80

Day & Mid shift - 36/48
** Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:**
-
Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
-
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
-
Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
-
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
-
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
-
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
-
Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
-
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
-
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
-
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes..
**Minimum Qualifications **
-
Current, valid, and unrestrictedNC license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
-
Minimum of 1+ year of recent experience as aRN within the last 3 years.
-
Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
-
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,).
