-
Independently partner with Marketing, Online, Consumer Engagement, Product Marketing, Global Creative, Legal, and other stakeholders to gather information, reconcile feedback, and move work forward.
-
Gather and reconcile information from multiple sources to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and complete.
-
Be willing to dig – seeking out product details, claims, previous language, Global guidance, consumer insights, and other information needed to write confidently and accurately.
-
Partner closely with Legal and Global teams to navigate claims, feedback, and approvals while maintaining strong consumer-facing language.
-
Connect the dots across projects and channels, flagging discrepancies and helping ensure consumers receive a cohesive brand story.
-
Review and edit copy from other writers or partners as needed, ensuring consistency in brand voice, grammar, messaging, claims, and quality.
Planning & Ways of Working
-
Manage multiple assignments and stakeholders across a fast-moving, high-volume workload, taking ownership of projects from brief through final delivery.
-
Balance larger campaign and concepting opportunities with the detailed daily writing and proofreading needs of ecommerce, CRM, social, and retail.
-
Partner with Creative Operations and creative leads to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and move projects efficiently through review and approval.
-
Navigate multiple rounds of feedback and stakeholder input while maintaining clarity, consistency, and the integrity of the work.
-
Take direction thoughtfully while bringing a strong point of view, asking the right questions, and proactively offering solutions.
-
Approach challenges with curiosity, flexibility, positivity, and a team-first mindset.
Innovation & Growth
-
Stay connected to beauty, fashion, culture, language, social media, and emerging content trends.
-
Bring inspiration, fresh language, and new storytelling ideas into the work while remaining grounded in the brand voice.
-
Explore AI and emerging tools thoughtfully to support research, ideation, and workflow efficiency.
-
Continue to develop conceptual thinking, presentation, leadership, and mentorship skills while helping elevate the work of the broader team.
Qualifications

-
Ability to distill complex product information, claims, and business objectives into clear, engaging, consumer-friendly language.

Strong presentation skills with the confidence to articulate, defend, and evolve ideas in partnership with creative leadership and cross-functional teams.

Smart, articulate, collaborative, positive, low ego, and genuinely enjoyable to work with.
-
Passionate about beauty, language, culture, and continuously improving their craft
