Organizes and directs the Facilities Management duties at the PHEL.

• Directs maintenance and repair of the building systems in the Hayne building.

• Interacts with the Office of Administration and all outside contractors as the primary contact person.

• Directs and participates in the design fabrication of special projects as directed by the Section Directors and Public Health Laboratory Director.

• Responsible for the telephone and communication services for the Public Health Laboratory and Department of Environmental Services.

• Responsible for the operation and support of the Hayne Access Control systems.

• Acts as Property Custodian for the Public Health Laboratory and other duties as assigned. State Minimum Requirement: A high school diploma and experience or training within the specific work area.
