Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Human Resources function with a primary focus on onboarding, benefits administration, payroll administration, and HR operations processes. This role partners with hiring managers, employees, and HR leadership to deliver professional HR support while helping ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. The HR Coordinator reports to the Sr. Director, HR and partners closely with the Payroll Manager and Benefits Manager.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.

3+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting coordination, benefits administration, or HR operations preferred.

Working knowledge of talent acquisition processes, benefits administration practices, HR recordkeeping, and general employment compliance requirements.

Experience using HRIS, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and related HR technology platforms; Dayforce/Ceridian experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and service-oriented approach.

PHR, SHRM-CP, or related HR certification preferred.
