We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Weekend On‑Call Coordinator to support our clients, their families, and our caregiving team. This role ensures smooth operations during off‑hours and plays a key part in maintaining exceptional care.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answer agency phone calls and monitor voicemail, email, and Text‑Em‑All messages

  • Respond promptly and professionally to clients, families, caregivers, and prospective clients

  • Document new client inquiries in the Intake Summary Form and notify the owner

  • Coordinate caregiver scheduling, including filling call‑offs and open shifts

  • Ensure all next‑day shifts are fully staffed by the end of each on‑call day

  • Report client, family, or employee concerns — as well as any incidents — to supervisory staff

  • Participate in a weekly client status call with office staff and nurses

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and prospective clients

  • Detail‑oriented with excellent customer service abilities

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet time‑sensitive needs

  • Resident of the Washington, DC metro area

  • Availability for occasional weekday off‑hours support is a plus
