The RSC Every Campus a Refuge (ECAR) Setting Up for Success (SUFS) program provides workforce preparation, career exploration, and contextualized English language support to adult learners with ORR (Office of Refugee Resettlement) eligibility, in partnership with the United States Committee for Refugees and Immigrants Albany field office (USCRI-Albany).
The Project Director will serve as the primary program lead, and liaison with ECAR, USCRI-Albany, SCCC, HVCC, workforce and educational partners, navigators, and other stakeholders; ensure effective design and delivery of SUFS micro credentials; coordinate advising and student support with partner organizations; and monitor program progress, outcomes, and grant deliverables.
This is a grant-funded position of limited duration.
Pay rate: $40/hour, 20 hours/week

Bachelors required, master's preferred.
