Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure across GCP, AWS, and Azure environments.
  • Deploy, configure, and support containerised applications using Docker.
  • Work with Kubernetes (K8S) for application orchestration and cluster management.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment processes.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using Grafana and related monitoring tools.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency.
  • Implement infrastructure best practices, security controls, and cost optimisation strategies.
  • Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps/SRE/Cloud Engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes (K8S) fundamentals.
  • Experience with at least one cloud platform (GCP preferred, AWS, or Azure).
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerised workloads.
  • Good understanding of CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience in Python scripting for automation tasks.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana.
  • Understanding of Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code concepts is a plus.
