Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider – Hematology/Oncology

Location: Lebanon, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Champion:

• Consistent M-F schedule with a call rotation shared between Physicians/APPs.

• Deliver compassionate hematology and oncology care across outpatient and inpatient settings.

• Partner closely with physicians to manage treatment plans and provide continuity of care.

• Support patients throughout their cancer journey, from consultation through follow-up care.

• Respond to infusion-related and urgent patient needs while serving as a trusted clinical resource.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or

• Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required

• Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:

• 1 year Required

Licenses:

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or

• Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and

• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and

• Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and

• Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or

• Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
