What we are looking for:

Licensed physician, registered nurse, or hold an undergraduate degree
-
Experience in health service administration, with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home care or related health care

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
-
Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory requirements at the state, federal, and local level
-
Demonstrated knowledge of business management
• Add any additional state regulated minimum requirements.
What you will be doing:

Identify and implement the organizational structure
-
Responsible for all day-to-day operations

Provide leadership in the development of strategic long-range plans

Provides direction in formulating the programs and policies

Oversee the Agency’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
