What we are looking for:

  • Licensed physician, registered nurse, or hold an undergraduate degree

  • Experience in health service administration, with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home care or related health care

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory requirements at the state, federal, and local level

  • Demonstrated knowledge of business management

• Add any additional state regulated minimum requirements.

What you will be doing:

  • Identify and implement the organizational structure

  • Responsible for all day-to-day operations

  • Provide leadership in the development of strategic long-range plans

  • Provides direction in formulating the programs and policies

  • Oversee the Agency’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
