OVERVIEW

As the Production Coordinator, you will support Alo’s team in all areas of production, with a primary focus on sample coordination, vendor communication, and system maintenance. This person will work closely with the Production managers and Global vendors to ensure that timelines are met. We’re looking for a team player who is detail-oriented, proactive and has a sense of urgency. Analytical, organizational and communication skills are the key to the success of this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with manager to issue POs, track samples and manage WIPs.

  • Communicate daily with domestic and international vendors to track production status, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.

  • Monitor POs, delivery dates and internal launch dates.

  • Maintain and update internal tracking systems.

  • Own weekly delivery updates and sample status meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of work experience with a focus in production

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, including confidence in facilitating cross-functional alignment

  • Highly organized and can multi-task projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated to ideate and implement new ways of process building and problem solving

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to create maximum value out of limited resources

  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort in navigating ambiguous situations

  • Sense of urgency with the ability to make decisions without complete information

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Experience with ERP systems or ability to learn quickly

The base pay range for this position is $25/hr-$28/hr which represents the current range for the non-exempt position. Please note that actual pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
