Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Data Management Specialist for a leading defense and aerospace client supporting strategic engineering programs. This individual will be responsible for organizing, validating, reconciling, and maintaining large volumes of technical and program data within government systems. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in structured environments, and can effectively navigate multiple data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. This role offers exposure to Configuration Management processes and provides a unique opportunity to support high-visibility national defense initiatives while developing expertise in engineering data governance and enterprise-level systems.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience organizing, validating, and managing large data sets
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
  • Familiarity with Configuration Management (CM) best practices
  • Experience working within government systems such as ETIMS, CMNET, or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting engineering or defense-related programs
  • Knowledge of data governance and document control processes
