Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building a positive workplace culture while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organisation.

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage job postings across job portals and social media platforms.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.

Employee Onboarding:

  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Collect and verify employee documents.
  • Ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
  • Coordinate with department heads for employee orientation.

HR Operations:

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating with finance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement:

  • Organise employee engagement activities and celebrations.
  • Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Support employee retention and culture-building programs.
  • Handle employee queries and concerns professionally.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in performance review processes.
  • Track employee probation and confirmation timelines.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HRMS platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
