Job Description
Customer is seeking a senior-level Program Analyst to support the a DoD Cost system, which is a mission-critical system used to develop and analyze military, civilian, and contractor personnel cost factors. This is not a traditional technical analyst role. The successful candidate will serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert who bridges the gap between Customer business operations and a highly technical modernization team. The team is currently supporting a major modernization effort and needs someone who can validate business logic, explain Customer personnel costing methodologies, evaluate system outputs, and confidently brief Customer stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess deep Customer personnel costing experience and be able to explain why business rules exist, whether they remain valid, and how changes impact cost calculations.
Skills and Requirements
Secret Clearance Bachelors Degree Army Personnel Costing Experience - understanding of;
- Military and Civilian pay structures
- Cost factors
- Personnel Costing Methodologies
- Army financial management processes
