Our client, a global technology and cloud infrastructure leader, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Data Center Construction team supporting Construction, Commissioning, and Operations stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional problem-solving capabilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Pheonix, AZ - Onsite
Pay Range: $82/Hr on W2
What’s the Job?

Manage large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects from planning through commissioning and turnover.

Coordinate contractors, vendors, trade partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved safely and efficiently.

Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality standards, risks, and change management activities.

Conduct field walks, monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and support commissioning efforts.

Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and maintain effective communication with leadership and project teams.
What’s Needed?
-
5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center environments.
-
3+ years of experience with project scheduling and controls using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.

3+ years of experience working with electrical, mechanical, civil, infrastructure, or commissioning-related disciplines.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.

Strong knowledge of contractor management, risk mitigation, budget oversight, and construction best practices.
