Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a senior Finance Business Systems Analyst to serve as the primary project delivery resource for ERP and Finance technology initiatives. This person will partner directly with business stakeholders to define and validate requirements, improve processes, oversee solution design, and configure the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central). Day to day, they will write and execute test scripts, provide break/fix support, and manage small-to-medium projects through the full SDLC to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

This role requires deep functional expertise rather than development skills. The analyst will drive continuous improvement, maintain system and process documentation, and support ERP enhancements across Finance and adjacent business functions. Because the organization's longer-term ERP direction is still being defined, the ideal candidate brings strong BC experience today paired with a willingness to learn a new ERP down the road.
