Part-Time Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative – Sign Industry

FASTSIGNS® Kent is looking for a friendly, energetic, positive, and organized Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team!

Part-Time | Monday–Friday | Approx. 30 hours/week | 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. availability | On-Site | Competitive Pay

This is not a graphic design position. In this role, you’ll provide great customer service, help customers find creative sign solutions, and support inside sales from the first conversation through the finished project. We’ll train you on estimate writing, our products, and our systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist walk-in, phone, and email customers

• Understand customer needs and recommend sign and graphic solutions

• Prepare estimates and accurate work orders

• Manage multiple customer projects and communications

• Use Google Workspace to communicate, organize, and keep projects moving

• Coordinate with production and installation teams

• Build positive relationships with local businesses and organizations

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping people

• Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills

• Dependable, curious, and a fast learner

• Comfortable with phones, computers, and learning new technology

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities

• Customer service, retail, inside sales, or sign/print experience preferred, but not required

• Comfortable using AI tools to assist with customer communications

• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening required
