Restaurant Service Manager

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant services functions, including market communications, inventory control, and promotional activities, while acting as a liaison between centralized customer service, purchasing, and automated restaurant ordering systems for Distribution Center operations

• Develop and cascade customer communications, including newsletters, guidebooks, new processes, and contingency plans

• Own credit and claims processes for the distribution center

• Develop and maintain relationships with Owner/Operators, Restaurant Managers, Suppliers, and Field Office positions within the local market

• Act as liaison between customer supply chain manager and distribution center

• Ensure our internal stakeholders are aligned with customer communications and changes to processes and procedures are cascade appropriately

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience
