Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst. In this role, you will turn complex business and project data into clear reporting that helps leaders improve performance, measure progress, and make informed decisions. The position is well suited for someone who enjoys building dashboards, uncovering trends, and working closely with stakeholders across the organization. You will play a key role in strengthening visibility into operations through accurate analysis, practical insights, and scalable reporting solutions.
Responsibilities:

Examine information from multiple platforms and datasets to identify meaningful patterns, exceptions, and performance insights.

Create and refine Power BI dashboards and visual reports that support operational monitoring and leadership decision-making.

Develop core reporting tools for business operations, project oversight, and executive-level performance measurement.

Produce scheduled and on-demand analyses that translate data findings into useful recommendations for internal teams.

Track department metrics and key indicators to highlight progress, risks, and areas requiring attention.

Collaborate with managers and business partners to define reporting needs and convert them into effective analytics solutions.

Review source data for completeness and accuracy to maintain dependable and consistent reporting across functions.

Analyze trends and irregularities to uncover opportunities for process improvement and stronger business outcomes.

Communicate findings to management through clear summaries, visualizations, and actionable recommendations.

Support project-focused reporting by working with Microsoft Project data and helping streamline reporting through automation.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, reporting, or a closely related position.

Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard creation and report development.

Strong ability to work with data from multiple Microsoft applications and business systems.

Experience building recurring and ad hoc reports that support operational and strategic decisions.

Solid understanding of KPI measurement, data validation, and reporting accuracy.

Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and present analysis in a clear, business-focused manner.

Background in fraud analytics, suspected fraud review, anti-fraud initiatives, fraud investigation, or related analytical work is valued. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
