Full job description

Job Description

This role is responsible for driving aftermarket business growth and profitability across assigned product lines by identifying market opportunities, developing service strategies, and optimizing product support programs. On a daily basis, the individual will analyze performance metrics, build business cases for strategic initiatives, collaborate with engineering, MRO, supply chain, and commercial teams, and lead projects aimed at improving customer experience and operational performance. They will also support long-term service agreements, spare parts and repair strategies, licensing activities, and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to shape future aftermarket investments and priorities.

Compensation: $120K to $150K per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of experience in aftermarket services, product support, strategy, or lifecycle management within aerospace, industrial equipment, transportation, or similar industries. Proven experience developing and executing aftermarket growth strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and customer retention. Strong financial acumen with experience in business case development, ROI analysis, investment modeling, and strategic planning to assist with contract negotiations Expertise in service agreements, repair programs, spare parts strategies, and aftermarket support offerings. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, MRO, supply chain, operations, and commercial organizations. Proven ability to analyze customer agreements, identify key deliverables and performance expectations, and drive successful execution across cross-functional teams.
