Learn more at www.michigan.gov/LEO. This position provides IT support for LEO’s Office of Employment and Training, Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS), Operations and Workforce Development (WD). The IT analyst supports and implements onboarding and departure processes and procedures related to equipment and technology for staff and contractors. This position researches and analyzes emerging technology and recommends innovative software and hardware upgrades and performs other technical and non-technical duties to support the overall IT function. This position serves as the LEO-E&T Agency IT Liaison and Agency Software Asset Management (ASAM) Coordinator. Position Description Summary Employment and Training Careers page
Applicants can qualify for this position by meeting ANY of the following

Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school AND one of the following: • Four years of experience as an advanced 9-level worker in an ECP Group One classification.

Three years of experience as an E9, E10, or E11-level worker in an ECP Group One classification.

Two years of experience as an experienced level worker in an ECP Group One technician or paraprofessional classification.

Two years of experience as a first-line supervisor in an ECP Group Three classification.
-
One year of experience as a second-line supervisor in an ECP Group Three classification.

Equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement.

Professional level experience in the state classified service; or one year of experience in a professional trainee classification in the state classified service; or six months of experience as a Senior Executive Management Assistant 11, 13, or 15 in the state classified service.

Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
*Paraprofessional classifications are those requiring an associate's degree or two years of college. Educational Substitution College credits may be substituted on a proportional basis (one year of college education may substitute for one quarter of the required experience) for up to one half of the required experience.Please attach a cover letter, detailed resume, and your official college transcript(s) to your application.
