Full job description

Role Description: You will help sell Haladir products to 3PLs, distributors, and warehouse operators, working directly with the founders to aid our sales motion. You will help lead the full sales cycle, including sourcing accounts, running discovery with operators, demoing against real operational problems, structuring paid POCs, and closing deals. This is also a technical GTM role. You should be comfortable working with software, APIs, data, and AI tools, and capable of building lightweight tools or automations to improve your own workflow.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to sell B2B software across the full sales cycle, from sourcing and discovery through negotiation and close

  • Comfortable working with operators at every level

  • Strong technical competency, including the ability to work with APIs and data and build lightweight tools, automations, scrapers, or internal applications

  • Fluent with AI tools and uses them regularly in day-to-day work

  • Willingness to relocate to San Francisco and travel to potential customer sites

  • US work authorization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled or finished Bachelor's degree

  • Experience selling into logistics or supply chain, including WMS, TMS, 3PL, or freight

  • Existing network in warehousing or distribution

  • Early-stage startup experience

  • Experience working closely with engineering or technical product teams
