Procurement Systems Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Procurement Systems Manager for a top enterprise client. This candidate will serve as a strategic leader at the intersection of procurement operations, technology, and innovation. They will oversee procurement systems initiatives, drive the expansion of agentic AI capabilities, and lead key transformation efforts, including the migration from PeopleSoft to a cloud-based ERP platform. The ideal candidate will partner closely with procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver process improvements, system enhancements, and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or similar)

• 5+ years in procurement operations and/or procurement systems

• Strong Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) experience, including purchase orders and procurement workflows

• Experience with ERP systems (PeopleSoft preferred)

• Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements

• Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives

• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders

• ERP cloud migration experience

• Experience with cloud-based ERP platforms

• Familiarity with AI-powered procurement tools or intelligent automation

• Procurement/supply chain expertise

• Change management experience •Previous team leadership experience
