Summary:

Meta is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead and drive the end-to-end execution of security programs across the company. In this role, you will oversee multiple security delivery managers responsible for the end-to-end delivery of security programs, spanning vulnerability management, security tooling operations, incident response readiness, and cross-functional security partnerships. You will set the strategic direction for how security work is scoped, prioritized, tracked, and delivered at scale, ensuring that engineering, policy, legal, and trust and safety teams are aligned and executing effectively against Meta's security objectives.

Required Skills:

Security Delivery Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Lead multiple security delivery management managers responsible for delivering security initiatives across vulnerability management, security tooling, and operational risk reduction

  2. Define and drive the multi-year strategy for security delivery operations, aligning program priorities with company-wide security strategy and risk posture

  3. Establish frameworks and operating models for how security programs are scoped, resourced, tracked, and reported across engineering and operations partners

  4. Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership to ensure coordinated delivery of cross-functional security programs

  5. Oversee the development and continuous improvement of security delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for executive and board-level audiences

  6. Build and develop a team of program managers, fostering a culture of accountability, operational rigor, and continuous improvement in security delivery

  7. Identify systemic gaps in security program execution and drive organizational changes to improve delivery velocity and risk coverage

  8. Lead escalation management and incident response coordination processes, ensuring rapid mobilization and clear communication during high-severity security events

  9. Evaluate and improve tooling and automation strategies that support security program tracking, workflow management, and cross-team coordination

  10. Represent security delivery operations in strategic planning cycles, headcount discussions, and cross-organizational governance forums

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience, with at least 4 years of managing managers or leading multi-team organizations

  2. 10+ years of experience in program or project management with a focus on security, trust, and safety, or risk, and compliance domains

  3. Experience leading the delivery of large-scale security programs, including vulnerability management, security tooling operations, or incident response coordination

  4. Experience managing cross-functional security programs involving engineering, legal, policy, and operations stakeholders

  5. Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting frameworks for security initiatives such as vulnerability management, security reviews, or compliance control implementation

  6. Experience identifying, escalating, and resolving delivery risks and dependencies in complex, multi-team security workstreams

  7. Experience communicating security program status and risk posture in writing to both technical and non-technical audiences

  3. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

  4. Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance and risk management standards

  5. Background in using data and tooling to drive operational improvements in security delivery processes

  6. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

  7. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

  8. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy review)

  9. Experience working within application security, infrastructure security, or privacy engineering delivery contexts

  10. Experience in building or improving security intake, triage, and remediation tracking workflow at scale

Public Compensation:

$189,000/year to $259,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
