Appleʼs Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This, in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.

The Latin America (ALAC) Sales team is focused on rapidly growing product categories that attach to and add value to our hero devices. The team develops business strategies, incentive programs, and other resources to support our local businesses dynamic by enabling attach at scale, working closely with finance, operations, legal, and other organizations, as well as directly with Apple’s reseller partners in Argentina.

Description

In this role, you will be the strategic and analytical lead for business development initiatives across Apple-branded Accessories and also support Argentina expansion plan. You will champion holistic attach —driving non-iPhone revenue (AirPods, Mac, iPad, Watch, accessories) across carriers, retailers, and distributors— using standardized metrics, partner assessments, and WW benchmarks to close performance gaps.

You will identify sales opportunities through detailed analysis and strategic insight, develop financial models to prove the business case for new initiatives, and prepare persuasive presentations to ensure support amongst internal stakeholders and inspire external partners. You will also be responsible for building business processes and reporting on performance to ensure new strategic initiatives are successfully implemented at scale.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires 12+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or financial roles

  • Background in business planning, retail strategy, business development, strategic project management, and/or similar function developing channel growth strategies with partners

  • In-depth understanding of retail store, merchandising, inventory management, and sales operations

  • Experience attaining revenue targets and driving business growth through a consultative sales approach

  • Significant industry knowledge with broad-scale understanding of the consumer and channel reseller market (e.g., customer profiles, trends, challenges, opportunities, competitive landscape, etc.)

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience developing robust financial models

  • Advanced proficiency in Keynote and experience developing and presenting strategic concepts to senior leadership in a large-scale corporate environment

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, data-driven projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with Apple’s channel structure and go-to-market model

  • Fluent in English

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in management/strategy consulting or related field

  • Experience in the retail, telecommunications, or consumer electronics industries

  • Strong financial acumen: comfortable building business cases, forecasts, and ROI analyses

  • Experience using Generative AI

  • Spanish and Portuguese language skills
