Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to support a large-scale Enterprise Payments organization and strategic initiatives. This individual will operate at an enterprise level, partnering closely with business and technology leaders to translate complex business needs into clear product strategies and IT requirements.
This is a highly strategic role. Rather than managing the day-to-day product backlog, the Senior Product Manager will focus on upfront product definition, requirements development, stakeholder alignment, and enterprise coordination. They will develop Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and work alongside Principal Product Managers and Product Managers who oversee individual scrum teams.
The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence and can confidently communicate across both business and technology audiences.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear product and IT requirements.
- Develop Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and lead upfront product definition.
- Partner with Principal Product Managers and Product Managers overseeing scrum teams.
- Coordinate across multiple business and IT teams to align priorities and requirements.
- Present recommendations and product direction to VP-level stakeholders and technology leaders.
- Communicate with confidence, transparency, and conviction across all levels of the organization.
Skills and Requirements
- Senior-level Product Management experience within a large enterprise environment.
- Strong experience developing PRDs and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across business and IT.
- Excellent executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Payments, financial services, or retail payments experience preferred.
