Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst will serve as the primary support resource for procurement and sourcing systems, helping internal users and suppliers troubleshoot issues, maintain master data, support purchasing and contract management processes, and ensure system performance across platforms such as SAP SRM, SAP ECC, Ariba-adjacent tools, and other procurement applications. This individual will act as a liaison between business and technical teams, resolving workflow, access, integration, and data issues, supporting procurement transactions and RFx activities, maintaining reporting and dashboards, administering user access, delivering end-user training, and identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation, system enhancements, and continuous process improvement.

Skills and Requirements

2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) experience Business process knowledge related to cost movements Experience supporting RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) Production support experience Ability to analyze business processes and partner with business and technical stakeholders SAP Ariba experience Ariba SPM (Supplier Performance Management) experience Procurement and sourcing domain expertise
