  • Schedule: Night Shift | Full-time

How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with registered nurses to ensure patient safety and positive health outcomes.

  • Document and communicate critical changes in patient status to foster timely clinical interventions and seamless interdisciplinary care.

  • Execute physician and nursing orders accurately under preceptor direction to maintain clinical continuity and care precision.

  • Implement personalized care plans and track patient progress to support optimal recovery trajectories.

  • Engage actively in practice transition programs to refine clinical reasoning and elevate person-centered care delivery.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date registered. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
